We always do our best to make sure all participants enjoy their retreat and or event, however there are some things we cannot be responsible for. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances(i.e. natural disasters) the event will be rescheduled for a later date to be determined by Adventures for the Soul. In the event our customer has to cancel, the following conditions apply:

• If participant cancels less than 5 days before scheduled trip departure, there will be a fee of 25.00 will be charged for each participant.

• No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.

• All sales are final but may be transferred to another party.
