What We Will Do:

We will meet on Friday at 2pm at the venue. Your tents will be set up. All you have to do is move in for the weekend. After check in and introductions, we will get to know one another around the campfire and have a toast before dinner.

On Saturday, we will begin the day with sunrise yoga and journaling and then breakfast.  Then the adventure really begins.  We will head down to our river guides and  have a safety briefing and get geared up. Then we will board buses that will take us to our starting point and we are ready to discover the beauty and excitement of the Lehigh River Gorge.  We will explore miles(3 hours on the river) of spectacular wilderness scenery, and dozens of fun-filled rapids. We will stop midway for lunch on the banks of the river. We'll then proceed in our rafts to the end of our journey, where buses will take us back to our starting point. Changing rooms and showers are available for those who want to change and get ready for our sister-circle and dinner around the campfire.

On Sunday we will begin our day with another amazing yoga class and then caravan to our hiking trail.  After the hike we will head back to our campsite and say our goodbyes to our new Adventure Buddies!

What You Will Need:

Twin air mattress or  sleeping bag with cot and blankets. 

Swimsuit, sneakers or water shoes (no open toe shoes), plastic bags(for wet clothing), flip flops(for the shower).

Hiking boots, backpack and leggings.  

Signed waiver.
